The INCA (Independent Networks Cooperative Association) has awarded David Latham - Highway Policy and Inspections Manager Kent County Council, the Gold unsung Hero award and is for the recognition of the work done to broker understanding around highways requirements especially through the Covid crisis.
The award is a testament to the relationship that was built with INCA senior leadership - and for way subject matter expertise was used to help an understanding what highways authority need and why this is not unreasonable - and how this can pragmatically work for them.
